Mt Tamborine has many events throughout the year for you to enjoy. For more events and things to do, also check with your Mt Tamborine accommodation host when you arrive. They are a wealth of knowledge and information, all you need to do is ask.

  • Walk the beautiful Tamborine Mountain Rainforest – Open everyday
    • Location – Mt Tamborine Rainforest
    • Enjoy beautiful Tamborine Mountain Rainforest Walks . Walking tracks are provided in six sections of Tamborine National Park. Most walking tracks are short and can be walked within a few hours. The walks are relatively easy although some tracks have short, steep grades. At usual walking pace, 3km takes about an hour. If you are walking with young children, or if you are birdwatching or taking photographs, allow extra time.
  • Local Produce Market – Every Sunday (including market day) 8am – Noon
    • Location – Green Shed, Tamborine Mountain Showground
    • Local fresh fruit & vegies, also preserves, plants, honey, fruit-juice, coffee etc.
  • Tamborine School Markets – Last Sunday of each month – 08:00 am – 2:00pm
    • Location – Long Road, North Tamborine
    • A true country village market that supports the schools P&C fundraising.
    • Food, bric a brac, craft, clothes, furniture, local produce, entertainment and kids activities!
  • Tamborine Mountain Country Markets – Second Sunday of each month.
    • Location – Tamborine Mountain Showground
    • Only home-grown, handcrafted and home-baked goods for sale.
    • Over 200 stalls. Plenty of food available (Dutch, Indian, German, Australian and more).
    • Small rides for children (Jumping Castle, Mini Jeeps, Pony Rides).
    • Live music.
